Ordering information

There are three ways to shop on-line at Beadcentric:

• Use our shopping cart: Pick the items you want and click 'Buy Now'. You will be taken to PayPal where you can pay with a credit card or a PayPal account. PayPal provides secure (encrypted) payment processing. PayPal will handle all customer data; we will not receive any financial information.
• email us at sales@beadcentric.com: Please include item numbers (if appropriate) and a way to reach you (by phone and/or email). Since email is not encrypted, it is best not to include credit card numbers or other sensitive information.
• Call us: If you have any product questions or would like to order direct from a salesperson, please call us at 650-207-3213.

For a limited time, shipping is free. Most domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours. Shipping is via UPS and delivery should be within 3-5 business days.

For sales in California, sales tax will be added.

Any item can be returned for a full refund within 48 hours of delivery. Please see our Policies page.
