Returns

Any item can be returned for a full refund within 48 hours of receipt. Please return items in the original product packaging and include a copy of the invoice in the box. Our return address is: Beadcentric, 1045 Laurel St, San Carlos, CA, 94070.

For returns, please contact our Customer Service Department at service@beadcentric.com or 650-207-3213. Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days. Freight charges are non-refundable.
